Return Policy & Procedures:
In order to return merchandise, you must:
- Request a Return Authorization Number within 14 Days of the order being delivered.
- We do not return worn, washed, or used merchandise.
- Original and return shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Tracking information must be emailed to customer service once purchase has been mailed back to Greek Clothing Co. (include your full name, phone number , and order number). We are not responsible for any returns that are lost in transit; refund will not be initiated.
- All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
- Refunds will be processed once we receive, inspect, and approve the return.
- Any items that are customized with anything outside of the Greek Letters will not be accepted (nick names, chapters, etc.)

Defective Merchandise and Errors:
1. We are not responsible for any typos made by the customer. Please make sure you inspect your notes and ensure there are no errors prior to ordering.
2. We reserve the right to change lettering size, logo, or design so letters fit best on item being ordered.
3. Screen resolutions all differ; colors appear differently on all phones, tablets, and computers. When ordering know that there could be small variations in color. We are not responsible for slight color differences.
4. If the address entered by the customer is incomplete or results in the order being returned to Greek Clothing Co, the customer is responsible for covering the shipping fee to have the package resent.
5. No fee for orders cancelled within 24 hours. Cancelled orders are subject to a 15% fee if cancelled after 24 hours from the time the order was placed.
For defects or errors made on our behalf, the customer will be expedited an exact replacement of the item ordered, rather than a refund.
