Founded on October 10, 1910, at Columbia University, Tau Epsilon Phi was established by ten visionary Jewish men who, facing exclusion from other fraternities, created an organization free from discrimination. Their goal was to build a brotherhood where friendship and character were the only measures of a man.

For over a century, TEP has grown into a strong national fraternity, fostering a community of brothers dedicated to personal development and lifelong bonds.
