I received my shirt folded so the letters didn’t crease. With the shirt I also received a care instructions card so I can take care of the shirts and the letters stitched on. The stitching is also very durable and done well so the letters won’t separate from the shirt over time. The shirt material is also very comfortable and feels pretty high quality.

The product itself is great. It feels very warm and comfortable to wear. I got one as a gift for my little and they loved it as well. The delivery time was very quick. I ordered it on a Monday and it arrived on Friday. The price was also better then other websites I found so would highly recommend.

I love the material and quality of the print however the size of the foam body of the hat was too small and looked weird when I put it on. I also purchased a sweatshirt and long sleeve shirt and love both of them. The hat was a miss for me.

My son wore it immediately! Great quality and the embroidery perfect! Wish I ordered a Large instead of the Medium. He was right in betwen sizes and if it shrinks it will be too small. Love the quick turnaround even on Standard shipping!
