This Nike hoodie is an 8.2-ounce sweatshirt made from an 80/20 cotton/polyester blend, featuring a 100% cotton hood lining for a soft feel. It's equipped with a front pouch pocket, dyed-to-match drawstrings, and rib knit cuffs and hem. A contrast Swoosh design trademark is embroidered on the left chest.

Wrong size

I ordered a large and they sent me a XXL. I sent them an email describing what happened but it’s been three days and no one has replied. I consider that poor Customer Service. Now it appears I’m stuck with $100 double XL sweatshirt that no one can wear. :-( hoping they make this right so I can delete this post.

1. The Order: We have your original order submission which clearly shows you selected and ordered a size XXL, not a Large. We shipped exactly what was ordered.
2. Communication: We have replied to your emails and have the timestamps to prove it. Please check your spam folder.
3. Resolution: I personally called you today prior to posting this reply to try to help you, despite the error being on your end, but I was met with profanity and hung up on. I understand your frusteration, but that is unaccaptable.
