Excellent Customer Service

I can’t say enough good things about this company. I ordered a tote bag and mistakenly ordered the wrong color. I corresponded with Alex in customer service and he not only sent me one in the color I wanted, but did not charge me for the new one. I only paid for the shipping.
This company is a class act and Alex is my hero. The tote bag is well made and the embroidery is perfect.
